Tandoor is a traditional pitcher shaped oven made of Indian clay which burns with charcoal fire. It’s slow and steady heat does not leave the meat completely dry, rather it helps in retaining the juices and flavors of meats and bakes them to perfection. Served with rice and masala sauce.
